Cancellation of booking with more than 7 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- No charge.
Cancellation of booking with less than 7 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- If able to fill the vacancy, no charge.
- If unable to fill vacancy, 1 night rate for a single night/room reservation, or 50% of total account
for a multiple night/room reservation.
Last minute cancellation or "no-show":
- 100% of total account for a single or multiple night/room reservation
Cancellation fees with minimum of 35 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- No charge.
Cancellation in less than the minimum 35 days notice in advance of arrival date:
- If able to fill the vacancy, no charge.
- If unable to fill vacancy, you will forfeit deposit.
Last minute cancellation or "no-show":
- 100% of total account for a multiple week reservation
Note: If you are booking multiple rooms under one name or credit card, the reserved rooms must be cancelled thirty (30) days before the arrival date to avoid any penalties. Our cancellation policy might come across a little strong, but our previous experience forces us to apply these rules.
The Tanner's Inn and Dining property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to Guests or for loss or damage of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The person registering is responsible for all damages caused to room, furnishings and fixtures.
